Billy May was a composer, arranger, trumpeter, and band leader.
He scored music for many film and
television projects and also arranged music for singers Frank Sinatra, Nat "King" Cole, Peggy Lee. To name just a few.
Billy May was inducted into both the Big Band Hall of Fame and Jazz Hall of Fame in 1988.
